5 week introductory Pilates Course

We are over the moon to introduce our first regular pilates session at The Breathing Space with Vanessa Saunders. To welcome Vanessa and celebrate her arrival, we will hold a series of 5 sessions, each Thursday in July. 

With almost two decades experience in this role, Vanessa's passion to provide skilful pilates sessions is vibrant! 

Vanessa is influenced by De Gasquet Method of pilates, so there will be an emphasis on elongation of the spine, breath and pelvic floor engagement. 

We have set a very special price for this introductory course, £60 for all five sessions in July.
