You can browse our live class schedule and book directly through our website. Simply select your class and complete checkout.

Want to purchase a Class Pass? Add the pass to your basket, checkout and then you will receive a link to book your classes.

With a base so close to many university sites, we are very keen to welcome students to our studio! All you have to do, to have a unique code for 10% off a 10 Class Pass or 5 Class Pass, is send an email to emily@somebreathingspace.com with a copy of your student ID.

Absolutely. The Breathing Space was created as an inclusive and supportive community. Many of our classes are beginner-friendly, and our instructors are skilled at offering variations to suit your experience, energy, and comfort.

Just yourself, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to breathe and move. Mats and props are available in the studio, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Yes - our 10-class and 5-class pass options gives you great value and flexibility. You can use it across any of our weekly classes, and there’s no expiry date, so you can move at your own pace.

Yes, many of our teachers offer one-to-one sessions, small group classes, and specialist workshops. You can contact us directly to arrange something personal to your needs.

Our Sunday Sessions are community-focused classes designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. Each one explores a different theme or subject matter — from restorative movement and meditation to expert led talks about health and wellness.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early and ring the bell at the entrance. The instructor will come to welcome you and to allow you to settle in. If you are late, it is the instructors' discretion as to whether to allow entry.

Yes! We love collaborating with teachers, facilitators, and wellness practitioners. If you’d like to host an event or workshop, get in touch — our space is available for hire and designed to support a variety of wellness practices.
