Josh is a 500+ hour Himalayan-trained Yoga Teacher, with a mission to introduce you to energy and the healer within. Josh brings a broad toolkit to the mat, with a Psychology BSc and 4+ years of volunteering for people in need of emotional support complementing his Yoga training.
