Lukas' teaching is rooted in Vinyasa flow, often with a slightly stronger physical demand, while always staying accessible and adaptable to whoever is on the mat. He enjoys creating space for both movement and stillness, and is particularly drawn to more intense, heat-building flows.

Lukas adores exploring different styles of practice and, most of all, connecting with people through yoga. All levels are welcome to join!

Lukas has been practising yoga for over 10 years, beginning during his university years and continuing alongside his professional career. From early on, yoga became a way for him to reconnect with his sense of self, to slow down, and to find a sense of calm through movement. It is where body and mind come together, leaving him feeling grounded, rested and at ease.

At the beginning of 2026, motivated to share this tool with others, Lukas completed his teacher training in India, deepening both his personal practice and his understanding of how to facilitate yoga.
