This September gathering marks the beginning of a monthly journey through the final months of the year. Inspired by the wisdom of Ayurveda and the rhythms of nature, each session from September to December will carry its own intention, supporting us as we move through the changing seasons with greater awareness, balance, and compassion.

🌾 September – Ground
Return to yourself after the expansive energy of summer, restore balance, and create a steady foundation for the months ahead.

🍂 October – Nourish
Offer your body, mind, and nervous system the rest they need, cultivating resilience and stability as the energy of autumn deepens.

🍁 November – Release
Gently let go of physical tension, emotional weight, and anything that no longer serves you, creating space for clarity, softness, and renewal.

 December – Integrate
Honour the journey of the past year with gratitude, allowing space to reflect, integrate, and welcome a new cycle with greater presence and intention.

Together, these monthly gatherings will create a gentle rhythm of self-care, offering a dedicated space to pause, restore, and reconnect with yourself as the seasons unfold.

This gathering is for those who feel drained, overstimulated, or emotionally exhausted; for anyone experiencing burnout; for those who struggle to find moments of stillness amidst busy lives; or simply for anyone seeking a safe and nurturing space to feel whole again.

Through gentle, sustained poses, we will focus on the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and organs—helping to release deep-seated tension, improve mobility, and restore balance. As the body softens, the nervous system begins to settle, creating space for renewed energy, resilience, and vitality. This practice invites you to reconnect with your body on a deeper level, letting go of what no longer serves you and making space for what truly nourishes you.

Guided by the wisdom of your body, the rhythm of your breath, the soothing scents of essential oils, and the gentle release of fascia, we will explore how to nourish ourselves through conscious rest. Together, these elements support deep relaxation, helping you reconnect with your inner self and cultivate a sense of balance, clarity, and renewal. This is your opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and gift yourself the care and attention your body and soul deserve.

The session will conclude with a healing sound bath, allowing your mind and body to fully integrate the practice. The vibrations will guide you into a state of deep peace, leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and deeply connected to yourself.

Take this time for yourself—to rest, recharge, and nourish your soul. As we move through autumn together, may each monthly gathering become a gentle reminder that conscious rest is one of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves, and a path towards greater balance, wisdom, and inner peace.
