About Paloma
Originally from Chile and now based in Cambridge, Paloma brings a unique blend of medical expertise and mindful movement to her yoga teaching. She is a medical doctor specialising in Lifestyle Medicine and a certified Vinyasa yoga instructor, with additional training in pre- and post-natal yoga.
For Paloma, yoga is a deeply therapeutic practice — one that supports both physical rehabilitation and mental well-being. Her approach bridges the wisdom of Buddhist philosophy with the clarity of scientific evidence, empowering her students to explore their practice with curiosity, confidence, and care.
