Patsy has been practising Iyengar Yoga for over 17 years. Her practice has proved to be such a vital support through different life phases including illness and injury, that she decided it was time to share the knowledge and benefits and become a teacher. She has since completed the 3+yr mentoring programme to qualify as a Level 1 Iyengar Yoga teacher in 2024. Iyengar is a system of yoga that is available to every kind of body focussing on gradually building strength and mobility. When necessary it uses props to allow students to progress in postures safely at their own pace.
Off the mat Patsy is an artist and printmaker. She teaches printmaking at the Curwen Print study centre and workshops in schools and venues around the region.
