Rachel’s sessions are gentle yet powerful — designed as a sanctuary for reconnection and renewal. Expect slow, mindfully curated flow sequences where body and breath meet, alongside gentle breathwork to build resilience and support your nervous system.

Each class is layered with intention, and often infused with essential oils to add a subtle sensory dimension. This is a space to breathe, move, and return to yourself — an invitation to soften, strengthen, and rediscover your inner steadiness.

Rachel’s classes welcome everyone, whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice. Her teaching style is warm, grounding, and full of heart — a reflection of her belief that yoga meets you exactly where you are.

Even after over two decades of practice (her first class was back in 1998), Rachel still feels humbled and amazed by the way yoga continues to evolve and support her. Through every season of life — from pregnancy and motherhood to moments of grief, joy, and quiet celebration — yoga has always offered her a way home.

In her words, “In our often busy, beautifully chaotic lives, practice can offer the sweetest respite — a place to land, to lean back and in.” Rachel’s approach honours both movement and stillness, helping you find strength, calm, and compassion within your own body.

Her teaching is deeply informed by her qualifications in Vinyasa, Pregnancy, Restorative, and Yin Yoga, as well as her experience as a Teacher Trainer with Camyoga and Barefoot Body Yoga. Rachel is also a Certified Health Coach and Menopause Coach, bringing a holistic understanding of well-being to every class she leads.
