EMERGENCE is an afternoon retreat designed to support this seasonal shift. Through movement, breath, massage, and sound, we’ll re-energise the body, awaken sensation, and reconnect with what feels alive and ready to move forward.

This is not about pushing or striving.

It’s about activating what’s already there and letting energy circulate and flow with ease.

WHAT WE'LL EXPLORE

Across the afternoon, we’ll move through practices that build vitality and support integration:


  • Somatic yoga to warm the body, restore fluid movement, and awaken strength
  • Breath practice and gentle voice activation to support clarity, expression, and energy
  • Guided self-massage as a nurturing practice that reconnects us with the power of touch, remembering the healing capacity we hold within ourselves.
  • Yin yoga with a live sound bath to balance activation with grounding and integration
  • Closing circle and mantra to anchor what’s been stirred and carry it forward

All practices are accessible and invitational, with options throughout. No previous experience is needed.

Your Instructors


Pippa offers somatic yoga and embodied practices that support vitality, awareness, and honest listening to the body. Her work is rooted in seasonal rhythms, nervous system intelligence, and creating spaces that feel energising, grounded, and human.

For this retreat, Pippa will be guiding the yoga flow session and sharing some work with voice, mantra and harmonium.

Marina offers Yin Yoga practices combined with the power of sound. Drawing on her background as a massage therapist and trained nurse, her work weaves together mindful movement, a holistic approach, touch, and sound to support presence and integration.

For this retreat, Marina will guide a self-massage and Yin Yoga practice, flowing into a restorative sound bath to support the body in absorbing and integrating the afternoon’s work.
