1-1 Sessions Healing with Tamara Ashley

Finnish energy healing 
Finnish energy healing 1-1 treatment.  Finnish energy healing uses both energy work and bone setting to help clients relax and feel more at ease in the body and the mind.  Bone setting is an indigenous body work, a precursor to modern osteopathy. 

Relief from specific tensions and pains can be treated through the energy healing sessions. 

A general session can also help clients cultivate a  sense of ease and clarity in the body's energy flow.

Tamara is trained in Finnish energy healing, and has a wealth of bodywork experience that informs her sensing and energy work. She is experienced in helping clients with a range of health conditions, including chronic pain. While touch and hands on body work is commonly used, it is possible to have treatments that do not include touch.

Treatments are given on a soft pad on the floor.
