Originally from Italy, Vanessa has spent half of her life in the UK. She is a trained designer and has recently completed a YTT200 in Vinyasa style yoga instructing.
Yoga has been a companion to Vanessa since her teenage years — a steady presence that has helped her reconnect with a sense of self, find calm, and remain grounded through life’s many transitions.
Yoga has always felt magical to me. It speaks of presence, growth, and love — for ourselves, for others, and for the world around us. Through the practice, a feeling of openness and inclusion naturally arises, one that we can carry with us into our everyday lives and interactions.
Alongside yoga, Vanessa is deeply interested in Buddhist studies and Yoga philosophy. The teachings of mindfulness, compassion, and impermanence continually inspire her, enriching both her personal practice and the way she guides others —invitations to come home to ourselves, moment by moment.
Outside the studio, Vanessa is passionate about holistic wellness, meditation, and spending time outdoors.
Nature grounds in the same way yoga does — reminding me that growth happens quietly, steadily, and often when we least expect it.
Vanessa’s Classes
Move with intention and breathe with awareness in this fluid and grounding Vinyasa Flow. Guided by Vanessa’s gentle yet empowering approach, each class combines mindful sequencing, breath-led movement, and moments of stillness to cultivate strength, balance, and inner calm. Accessible to all levels, this class invites you to reconnect with yourself, find presence in motion, and leave feeling centered, open, and recharged.
I love creating classes that are accessible and inclusive, welcoming everyone — whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or have been practicing for years. For me, yoga is not about perfect poses or flexibility; it’s about connection — with yourself, your breath, and the moment you’re in. My hope is to offer a space where you can experience the same — whether that means building strength, finding calm, or simply giving yourself permission to slow down and breathe. In my classes, I hope to create a welcoming space where everyone can feel free to simply be.
