This gathering is for those who feel drained, overstimulated, or exhausted, for anyone experiencing burnout, for those who struggle to find a moment of calm, or simply for anyone seeking a safe and nurturing space to feel whole again.

Through gentle, sustained poses, we will focus on accessing the fascia of the body, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and organs, helping to release deep-seated tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance. This practice allows you to reconnect with your body on a deeper level, letting go of what no longer serves you, and creating space for energy and vitality to flow freely.

Guided by the wisdom of your body, the rhythm of your breath, the soothing scents of essential oils, and the deep release of fascia, we will explore how to nourish ourselves through rest. These elements work together to help you enter a state of deep calm, reconnect with your inner self, and experience a sense of balance and renewal. This is your opportunity to step away from the noise of life and gift yourself the attention and care your soul deserves.

The session will conclude with a healing sound bath, designed to allow your mind and body to fully integrate the practice, leaving you with a sense of deep calm, serene gratitude, fulfillment, and inner harmony.
