What to Expect

February still carries the quiet weight of winter.
The days remain cold and dark, and our energy may feel lower, slower, or more inward.

This gathering is an invitation to care for yourself with intention, to honor your natural rhythm, and to soften into this season rather than pushing against it.

Winter asks something different of us.
It invites rest, warmth, and presence.
It reminds us that slowing down is not falling behind — it is a form of wisdom.

It is also a season that invites us to receive.
To rest in support, to be held by the practice, and to allow nourishment in — rather than always giving, doing, or holding space for others.

Sunday, February 22nd, from 4:00–6:00 PM

we come together to create a nurturing space dedicated to self-care during the winter months — a time to replenish energy, soothe the nervous system, and gently reconnect with the body.

Vinyasa – Yin Yoga & Sound Healing

Guided by Marina, we’ll begin with a mindful Vinyasa flow to warm the body and move with ease, listening inward and honoring what you need.

We’ll then settle into Yin Yoga, inviting stillness, deep release, and nervous system nourishment — especially supportive during the winter months.

The practice concludes with a long Savasana and live Sound Healing, offering a space to rest deeply, receive warmth and support, and simply be.

This is an invitation to slow down, receive rather than give, and remember that self-care in winter is not a luxury — it’s essential.

February doesn’t ask us to bloom yet.

It invites us to care for the roots — and to let ourselves be nourished.

Your Instructor

Trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, and Sound Healing, Marina creates safe and inclusive spaces where students can move with curiosity and authenticity. She firmly believes that the path is inward, and that through awareness and self-listening, the body holds within itself the map back to balance when we truly learn to hear it.
In addition to her yoga practice, Marina is a massage therapist and sound healer, combining her knowledge to offer an integrative approach to wellbeing. She deeply believes in the potential of these practices to support regeneration, nurture the body and mind, and restore inner balance.
