A weekly postnatal class designed to support mothers in a calm and nurturing environment, with babies alongside them.

Classes focus on a safe return to exercise after birth, using gentle movement, breath-work and relaxation techniques to support the nervous system and help relieve common postnatal aches and pains.

Suitable from approximately 6-8 weeks postpartum (depending on the delivery and health provider’s advice) until your baby is crawling. 

Classes can be bought individually, with our class passes or as an excellent value package per term.

About Claire

Claire brings a creative, grounded, and holistic approach to her teaching, creating a welcoming and inclusive space that supports wellbeing, balance, and connection.

Inspired by the Fringe Method and its elemental philosophy, Claire's classes encourage students to explore movement with calm, balance, and intuition. Her teaching creates space to build strength, improve mobility, and develop a deeper awareness of both body and mind.
A qualified yoga teacher, naturopathic nutritionist, breathwork teacher and specialist perinatal yoga teacher, Claire brings a broad understanding of health and wellbeing to her work. Alongside her teaching, her background as a nurse and health visitor has given her many years of experience supporting people through different stages of life. This experience shapes her compassionate, practical approach and her ability to create a welcoming space where every student feels supported, and encouraged to move in a way that feels right for them.
Claire has a particular passion for supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood, helping them build confidence, connection, and self compassion.
