A mini workshop that applies Finnish bone setting to the understanding of safe, easeful and smooth spinal alignment in the yoga practice. We will do self practice exercises and also work with one another with hands on techniques. Practitioners of any yoga style will find useful information in the session. Welcome!

Your Instructor

Tamara has studied Finnish bone setting and energy healing with her ashtanga teacher, Petri Raisanen @yogawithpetri . After assisting and apprenticing for a number of years, she has permission to give treatments and teach the work. Her passion has been extended recently by meeting some of the bone setters in Finland, and she is developing her knowledge in more depth
