What to Expect

Gabriela’s classes are accessible, trauma-informed, and guided by the changing seasons and cycles of life. With curiosity, compassion, and deep presence, she offers yoga as a path of continuous renewal — an invitation to soften, listen, and reconnect with the natural rhythm within.

Hatha Yoga & Pranayama - Saturday 12.00-13.15

A steady, breath-led practice designed to support both body, and mind.

This class weaves together elements for joint mobility & stability, strength-building postures and flexibility work to create a balanced and sustainable practice. You'll move through a combination of active, strengthening Asana alongside slower, more restorative shapes, allowing the body to both awaken and unwind.

Alongside the physical practice, you'll be guided through Pranayama (Yogic breathing techniques) to support nervous system regulation, mental clarity and resilience.

Expect a practice that is both grounding and energising, helping you build stability in the body, steadiness of mind, and a deeper connection to your breath.

Suitable for all levels, with options offered throughout.

With thousands of hours of training in the Yogic and Vedic Sciences, Gabriela is a passionate and devoted teacher whose work helps students reconnect with body, mind, heart, and ancestry.

Her own path began as a search for healing from anxiety and chronic pain — a journey that unfolded into a life of self-discovery through Yoga, Ayurveda, and Vedic Astrology. These practices taught her to live in rhythm with nature, align with her karmic path, and rediscover a sense of balance and peace.

Today, Gabriela’s work centres on supporting women through all stages of life, combining Yoga and Ayurveda to guide them toward lives where deep rest is sacred and nourishment feels natural.

Her teaching weaves together both energising and restorative dimensions of yoga — from the strengthening and pacifying practices of her Tantric Hatha lineage, to the deeply therapeutic Supreme Release Yoga, and the meditative stillness of Yoga Nidra.
