What to Expect

Marina’s classes are a fusion of the active and the passive — a meeting point between the flowing energy of Vinyasa and the restorative stillness of Yin. Each practice is an invitation to explore balance: strength and softness, movement and rest, energy and surrender.

Mindful Yoga Flow - Tuesday 18.00-19.00

Rooted in the principles of Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Marina’s teaching prioritizes safety, choice, and embodied awareness. Each class is guided by a deep respect for the body’s wisdom and the unique experience of every individual. Options and variations are always offered, encouraging everyone to move at their own pace and to honor what feels right in each moment.

Through mindful sequencing and interoceptive awareness, Marina cultivates an environment of presence and connection — a space where one can feel supported to explore, release, and simply be.

Her classes nurture nervous system regulation and invite self-compassion as a path back to oneself, allowing each person to reconnect with a sense of inner stability and wholeness.

Marina’s classes are an opportunity to return home to yourself — to rest, to rebalance, and to rediscover the quiet strength that resides within.

About Marina
Originally from Spain and now based in Cambridge, Marina’s journey with yoga began as a physical practice but soon revealed itself to be something much deeper. What started as movement for the body transformed into a practice for the soul. Through yoga, Marina began to reconnect with parts of herself she hadn’t known, opening up to a new way of living with awareness and authenticity.
With training and extensive experience in nursing, Marina brings to her teaching a deep understanding of how the body, mind, and emotions are intimately interconnected. Her work is guided by the conviction that health is not merely the absence of illness, but a state of harmony between mind, body, and soul—one that arises when we learn to listen, to slow down, and to give space for the body’s ancestral wisdom to express itself.
Marina conceives yoga as a bridge between science and spirituality. Her approach integrates mindful movement, self-compassion, and presence, inviting others to discover how each practice can become an opportunity for self-discovery.
Trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, and Sound Healing, Marina creates safe and inclusive spaces where students can move with curiosity and authenticity. She firmly believes that the path is inward, and that through awareness and self-listening, the body holds within itself the map back to balance when we truly learn to hear it.
In addition to her yoga practice, Marina is a massage therapist and sound healer, combining her knowledge to offer an integrative approach to wellbeing. She deeply believes in the potential of these practices to support regeneration, nurture the body and mind, and restore inner balance.
Her teaching reflects her life philosophy: that through mindful movement and compassionate awareness, we can bring harmony back to the body, peace to the mind, and presence to the heart.
