Join Dr Paloma Correa once a month for a 2-hour Saturday morning workshop combining Vinyasa yoga, meditation, somatic practices and coaching.

A space to step out of your usual routine, listen inward and reconnect with what you need and what matters to you — before turning that awareness into one meaningful action for the month ahead.

MOVE — 45-minute energising Vinyasa practice
CONNECT — Guided meditation, somatic practice & coaching around purpose
CREATE — Reflect, set an intention and choose one practical action to take into your month

You don’t need to be experienced in yoga, meditation or coaching. Just come as you are.

About Paloma

Originally from Chile and now based in Cambridge, Paloma brings a unique blend of medical expertise and mindful movement to her yoga teaching. She is a medical doctor specialising in Lifestyle Medicine and a certified Vinyasa yoga instructor, with additional training in pre- and post-natal yoga.

For Paloma, yoga is a deeply therapeutic practice — one that supports both physical rehabilitation and mental well-being. Her approach bridges the wisdom of Buddhist philosophy with the clarity of scientific evidence, empowering her students to explore their practice with curiosity, confidence, and care.

Paloma’s classes are grounded in compassion and guided by her medical background. She encourages students to move and breathe in ways that feel safe and meaningful, cultivating awareness of both the body and the mind. Her teaching offers a balance of structure and softness — creating space for exploration, growth, and self-connection.
