What to Expect

Fascia Flow with Arabella- 14th November 13.00-16.00

HYDRATE- REBALANCE- REST & DIGEST

Are you holding tension in your body, feeling restricted in your movement, or simply wanting to feel more at ease? Join me for Fascia Flow: Fibres & Fluids, a nourishing, hands-on workshop exploring how we can work with our body’s connective tissue through breath, mindful movement and self-myofascial release.

Through guided, embodied practice, you’ll explore simple self-care techniques using your massage balls and movement to help ease tension, improve movement and develop a deeper awareness of your body. We’ll pay particular attention to common areas of tension, including the neck, shoulders and pelvis, exploring how these areas can influence breathing, digestion, posture and our ability to move with greater ease. There’ll be space to slow down, tune in and discover how small, mindful practices can support you in feeling more comfortable, balanced and at home in your body.

Whether you’re completely new to myofascial release or looking to deepen your existing self-care practice, this workshop offers an opportunity to explore, learn and experience your body in a new way. Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and leave with practical techniques you can return to in everyday life.

Almost three decades ago, Arabella began practising yoga, and what started as a personal journey gradually became a lifelong exploration of movement and the body. After several years of practice, she embarked on her teacher training in Iyengar Yoga and became a qualified teacher.

Arabella's curiosity about how the body moves and functions led her to explore anatomy, fascia and movement more deeply. She trained in FAMO (Fascia Movement), qualifying as an Advanced Teacher, and also trained in Self-Myofascial Release with Jill Miller.

This growing interest in therapeutic bodywork led Arabella to study sports massage to a level 4 qualification, before completing the Foundation and Advanced Clinical Massage training with the Jing Method. She has since integrated fascial techniques into massage practice, bringing together experience in yoga, movement, anatomy and hands-on therapy to help people develop a greater awareness of their bodies and move with greater ease.
