What to Expect

Wednesdays 11.15-12.15

Join Claudia Lee, founder of Unity Sings!, for a new weekly Singing Circle — a calm, uplifting space to explore your natural voice and enjoy the wellbeing benefits of singing together. We’ll share simple songs taught by ear, gentle vocalisations to ease tension, light movement to help the body unwind and relaxed conversation woven throughout. No experience is needed, just a willingness to breathe, connect and enjoy the warmth of group singing.

Please arrive at 11am to be sure the session starts at 11.15.

I am a dedicated Singing for Health member. I design soulful workshops and retreats, both in and beyond the workplace, weaving together movement, art, singing and sound. These experiences nurture calm, creativity and connection — offering people a chance to pause, reflect and reconnect with themselves and each other.
