Emily is the founder of The Breathing Space and a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to creating inclusive, mindful, and empowering practices. Blending inspiration from Ashtanga and Patanjali’s philosophy, her teaching encourages curiosity, compassion, and connection — helping students move with awareness and rediscover balance in both body and mind.

Within these sessions, we draw on our abundant inner resources to feel aligned with our source of vitality. We breathe, move and contemplate in a rhythmic choreography that encourages us to feel bright and breezy, while the heat of our practice allows us to burn through subtle layers of misapprehension that we may carry unnecessarily. We approach our practice as a process and summon courage and kindness as we do so. All levels are welcome and variations are provided.
