What to Expect

Floss’s teaching blends mindful movement, philosophy, and embodied awareness to create a practice that is both grounding and expansive. Her classes move gently between flow and stillness, inviting curiosity, reflection, and connection to the subtle body. Rooted in Tantric and Hatha traditions, her approach offers yoga as a living enquiry - a space to explore presence, meaning, and transformation.

Subtle Body Yoga - Thursdays at 7pm

A slow, spacious practice that weaves together mindful flow, embodied and somatic anatomy, and restorative Supreme Release Yoga (SRY), with insights from the tantric and yogic traditions interwoven throughout.

Guided by the principle of subtleisation-the movement from the gross to the subtle layers of being this class journeys from flow into stillness, exploring the body as a vessel of awareness and awakening to inner luminosity and, ultimately, bliss.

Expect philosophy and embodied enquiry to be gently woven through the practice, alongside explorations of sacred anatomy and the imagination. A deeply somatic, meditative experience - restorative, reflective, and blissfully grounding.

Holding a Master’s degree in the Philosophy of Religion from the University of Cambridge, Floss brings a thoughtful, creative approach to practice. Her classes invite students into a landscape of subtle awareness, creative enquiry, and embodied reflection, offering yoga as a living philosophy of transformation.
