Laura’s work is rooted in a deep belief that when we slow down, breathe well, and care for our nervous system, we create the conditions to live and lead more aligned, resilient lives.

For almost 20 years, Laura worked in events and people leadership. Alongside managing complex programmes and teams, she became increasingly interested in the science of stress, hormones, and how modern life impacts our health — an interest that grew from both professional curiosity and personal experience.

Following a period of burnout and ongoing health challenges after Covid, Laura began a gradual shift towards wellbeing, retraining as an Integrative Health Coach and later as a Breathwork Instructor. What began as tools to support her own recovery became practices she now shares with others — practical, calming approaches that fit into real, busy lives.

Laura’s breathwork sessions focus on nervous system regulation, relaxation, and reconnecting with the body through simple, accessible techniques. Her approach is gentle, inclusive, and grounded in both science and lived experience. Alongside breathwork, she weaves in elements of health coaching, reflection, and values-led living — supporting people not just to feel calmer, but to reconnect with what truly matters to them.

Laura is the founder of Loving Living Well and co-hosts ChaLa Breathe & Flow sessions, blending breathwork and movement in nurturing, restorative spaces. At The Breathing Space, she looks forward to offering breathwork sessions and workshops that invite participants to pause, reset, and cultivate greater balance and wellbeing — on and off the mat.
