Flexibility is in fact a by-product cultivated by learning about the mobility of our joints and muscles and by the simplest practice of stopping to notice our breath. The body, mind and breath are intrinsically linked - Yoga is a practice of bringing our awareness to the connectivity of these elements - bringing them into a kind of alignment that allows us to begin a journey of understanding about the real reasons we exist - to discover the love and light within ourselves. The offer of flexibility in the way we think about ourselves, others and the way we move in society in life… light and love are infinite, yoga is the cultivation of our awareness of that infinity…
